ROMA CUP Corporate SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE

Premium Package - $8000.00  ( plus GST)

• Single race names rights on race day

• A full page advertisement in the day’s race book

• Inclusion in pre-race advertising and promotion in local media

• Opportunity to erect signage on course on the day (subject to RTC approval)

• 20 second on course announcement of promotional script for your company/organisation by our racecaller on the day                                                                                                   
• Corporate marquee Trackside, includes tent space in prime position with open frontage to the final strait:

-          5 tables and linen cloths, 50 chairs

-          Sky television for national race viewing

-          On site bookies

-          Marquee tickets for 50 guests:

INCLUDES gate entry plus complimentary beverages on the day -6 hour package from noon til 6pm) will include tap beer, soft drinks, sparkling and still wines.  Basic spirits are available by pre-purchasing additional tickets at a cost of $6 per unit of alcohol – refunds will be given for those tickets not used. Hot and cold finger food will also be provided during the afternoon.

-          Further guest tickets may be purchased for $125.

The racing program for Roma Turf Club is governed by Queensland Racing Limited (QRL), and the number of races on any given raceday can often be determined by the number of nominations and acceptances for each race regardless of the scheduling. Should QRL remove or abandon a scheduled race or races for any reason, the Roma Turf Club will make every effort to fulfil the sponsorship requirements as outlined in this package
